Maximin started her real estate career with Prudential CT Realty earning awards including Honor Circle, Top Listing and Selling Agent and Leading Edge Society member of the elite group of the top 8% of real estate agents nationally.

Vera works with investors in assisting them to build their portfolio and helps first home buyers achieve the American dream of homeownership.
Vera’s vast experience in real estate, combined with her deep knowledge of Connecticut’s neighborhoods, make her an invaluable partner in buying or selling a home in Connecticut–and that is just how Vera views her relationships with her clients… as true partnerships.

Appointee by former Mayor of Stratford to serve on the Community Economic and Development Council, Vera comes to the organization with vast knowledge and training in distressed property and business development.

Vera also serves as a Home Retention Consultant providing alternative solutions to foreclosures for distressed homeowners. Her nonprofit background before her career in real estate, as a Director of Community Resource Development for United Way, has afforded her knowledge of programs to better assist her clients who are experiencing hardship.

Vera strives to build relationships with her clients based on trust, integrity, and confidence, taking the time to truly understand the needs and wants of her clients. She’s a vested partner in helping them to achieve their dream home.
